Shredding is about much more than simply reducing material size. For aluminium, light scrap and copper cable, it means lower volumes, reduced transport costs, higher-quality output and a smaller carbon footprint.

Aluminium profiles, light scrap and copper cables naturally take up a lot of space. By shredding these materials, their volume can be significantly reduced, allowing much more material to be transported per load.

The result? Fewer transport movements, lower logistics costs and reduced CO₂ emissions. Shredding therefore delivers not only an economic benefit, but also helps make the entire recycling chain more efficient and sustainable.

Cleaner aluminium, higher value

When processing aluminium, quality is key. Our shredders can be equipped with a magnetic separation system that automatically removes ferrous parts from the material. This results in a much purer aluminium fraction, which is highly valued by smelters.

Cleaner feedstock means a more efficient melting process, higher yields and better-quality recycled aluminium.

Smarter processing of copper cable

Shredding also offers clear advantages when processing copper cable. By reducing the material, hidden contaminants are exposed and the material can be fed more consistently into the subsequent processing and separation stages for copper and insulation.

A consistent material flow results in a more efficient installation, better separation and a lower risk of unexpected downtime or damage further down the process.

Why transport the material to the machine when the machine can come to the material?

Our mobile shredders are designed to process aluminium, light scrap and copper cable, combining high performance with a compact and robust design. With rotor lengths of 1,500, 2,000 and 2,500 mm, different configurations are available to suit your requirements.

The reinforced chassis is built for intensive use, while the powerful and fuel-efficient Scania engines ensure reliable performance with low fuel consumption.

Less travelling, more processing

A mobile shredder brings the processing directly to the stockpile. Large quantities of material no longer need to be transported to a fixed processing facility.

This means:

fewer logistics movements
lower transport costs
greater flexibility on site
easy deployment across different locations
more efficient processing of large material volumes

In addition, mobile installations are often easier to deploy from a permitting perspective than fixed processing facilities.

Bulky materials? No problem.

For long and lightweight materials, such as aluminium window profiles, the machines can be equipped with additional hopper extensions. These keep the material securely within the feeding area, allowing safe and efficient processing of bulky pieces.

High performance, a better working environment

Efficiency doesn’t stop at the machine itself. The working environment has also been given careful consideration.

The shredders produce low noise levels and very little dust. If required, they can be equipped with a misting system to further reduce dust formation. This makes them particularly suitable for use at industrial sites, recycling facilities and temporary worksites.
